Our account agent is Miss. Karen Pruitt
Our account agent is Miss. Karen Pruitt. We have been working with her for the last 4+ years. She has been nothing less than incredible to say the least. Previous agents were not bad either but Miss. Karen makes us feel like she knows us personally and that's something you can't say about everyone. She is an incredible asset to our company because she makes our factoring needs incredibly easy to deal with. She goes above and beyond most of the times in order to resolve issues. I do not remember her saying "NO" and I don't think that's in her dictionary. She is an amazing agent, amazing person. One less issue for us to worry about for Truckers. Thank you for doing your job and doing it best Miss. Karen.

Crap company
Company didn't answer my request for a temporary password for 5 days causing me to miss the date to file a claim for my unused funds for my commuter benefits.
By Donald Maynor J.
Response from WEX Capital· Aug 20, 2024
Thank you for your review. I am a little concerned this review isn't about the correct company as we do not have any systems that would not allow for a password to be sent, we do not offer services to file a claim nor computer services. We are an invoice factoring company that specializes in over the road trucking. We offer services to help keep trucking companies on the road while increasing cash flow and handling billing and collections. Please feel free to contact me for further info and I will do my best to help.
