They send out too many reminders of upcoming payments. They mail a bill. This is enough. In addition to that they start calling and emailing before the bill is due. This annoys and angers me.
They annoy, and anger me by calling, and emailing me to remind me to pay bill after already sending a bill. I know when the bill is due and always pay it. I can't pay it early. I am on fixed income and have to wait until my checks are deposited. Enough is enough. Stop doing so many reminders to waste my time and annoy me. That harassment should be reserved for people who don't pay their bill. I am a longtime customer!
