I ordered this for my husband, a big portrait of his favorite girl, it turned out PERFECT! The artist did an amazing job capturing Holly’s attitude and her little smirk. So beyond happy with what we received!

I would give my experience a 4 or a 4.5 out of 5. I think the customer service at West & Willow is amazing 5/5. I had a minor issue and reached out to Customer Support and they replied quickly and kindly. The portrait itself was very good although the artistic style for each pet was slightly different which I didn't like too much. I won't return or complain about it, but I would have liked both pets in the portrait to be depicted in the same style. But one pet is drawn much differently than the other one which was not good. Other than that, I appreciated the portrait.

The picture was perfect! I lost my Lucy this past summer and this picture is the perfect tribute to her♥️

So helpful and great product!
