Hello John, Thank you so much! 💛 We’re thrilled you love the final product and so glad our support team could help you choose the perfect photos. We truly appreciate you!
We have 5 adult children all with significant others and all with pets. We had 5 different pictures done with 12 different pets and gave them as Christmas gifts. These pictures were the favorite gifts of all for everyone. I just gave my wife her early Valentines Day gift because I couldn’t wait for her to open her West & Willow picture!! It was a picture of our 2 dogs that passed last year and our cat. She was brought to tears because she loved it so much. The photos are like literal paintings and the detail is spot on! Very impressed and something I know we’ll all hang on our walls for life. Thank you West & Willow.

The framed picture turned out beautifully. They truly captured our cat’s expression and personality, which is what meant the most to us. The quality and detail of the final product are outstanding. We are beyond pleased with how it turned out.

Hello Ryan, I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent order. We completely understand how important it is to get your order in perfect condition and I’m really sorry we missed the mark on this! We just sent an email to make things right. ❤️ Looking forward to your reply!
I always love these photos and how they turn out! Always making sure not to miss the small details! My only "negative" feedback this time around is I wish the pet's name was a little more centered between the photo and the frame, it's a little high leaving more white space until the photo. But it's so minor I'm not upset about it.
