The picture was beautiful and looks just like my cat Kai. However, the picture was a bit damaged in shipping with some of the edges being bent.

Portraits look beautiful! My wife and I loved the portraits. My only issue is I would like updates on the portraits throughout the process. Once I purchased the portraits, I didn't receive any updates and the photos just arrived a few weeks later.

Hello Andrea, Thank you so much! We’re so happy to hear your portrait captured your pups just right. It means the world to us! 🐶❤️
I have not received any response to my email sent concerning my order. There should have been some kind of message stating I could not have two animals in a picture when the order was placed. This was a gift for my sister that lost both of her dogs. Would like money back please

Hi Wanda, Thanks so much for the feedback. I completely understand how important this gift is, especially given the meaning behind it. ❤️ I've checked your order and can see it was placed as a one-pet portrait. However, we’d actually be happy to create this as a two-pet portrait instead, but it just falls under our two-pet category. If you'd like to proceed with this option, please let our team know and we’ll be glad to help upgrade your order. If you’d prefer a refund instead, we completely understand and can process that for you, just let us know how you’d like to proceed.
