West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Rolling the paper left a couple of creases. One dog ear looks funny .

I received my line drawing portrait but didn’t like it. They redid it no problem and it was shipped. I never received it. Somehow it was misplaced or delivered to the wrong address. I had purchased the insurance so I contacted the company and they resent me a new one. We love it !!! We have three different portraits of our dog Lola now and we love them all. Highly recommend !

Turned out amazing!!

I thank you very much for making the gift "perfect"! The receiver's word. She loves her dog very much and appreciated us making it the best it could be. Christmas is coming up and I'll be considering my next order with you! Again, THANK YOU! Dawn Wingard

I made a mistake on the shipping address. Once I realized it was wrong I reached out to W&W immediately. They made a replacement picture and shipped it to the correct address as soon as possible. Excellent customer service!

Love the picture and the customer service was excellent! Shipping was quick too.

I placed an order for a print, as well as a digital proof. The print is a gift for someone else, and the proof was meant for me, on my end, to have in case I ever wanted to use it for something. I was surprised to hear that the print arrived in a damaged box, even though it was labeled fragile. However, that is on the freight, and not so much the responsibility of West & Willow. Luckily the print and frame were not damaged, however, I was disappointed the print came with absolutely nothing inside; like a card, or West & Willow branded materials, or anything else that might explain this gift. It was a frame in a box. That was it. For the price I paid (over $100) you'd think it would arrive a little better looking?! Maybe it's just me. I got bombarded by emails and marketing materials digitally, but nothing physical. The person I got the gift for never heard of West & Willow, and I had to shoot them a text explaining the surprise gift and where it came from ;) I also felt a little cheated that the digital version is only a .jpg and not a vector file, or .EPS/.SVG. When I asked for a higher quality art file I was initially told no, sorry, best we can do is a .jpg. However, the art team did eventually send me a higher-quality digital proof, and that was nice of them. Because of that I am bumping my original score from 3-stars to 4-stars.

Picture looks good, only downside. The package was damaged and a little corner was chipped
