Very poor customer service
I ordered 4 cans of John Deere yellow paint to touch up a tractor I was selling. They notified me it was backordered 3 weeks so I contacted them by email, text, and voicemail to cancel the order because that would be too late for my needs. I never heard a word from them in response. A month later the paint shows up. The tractor is sold and gone. It costs more to return it than it’s worth. I guess I’ll paint my wife’s new Jaguar yellow!! I’ll never order from these people again.

We are very sorry to hear about your inconvenience and sincerely apologize for the mishap! If you do wish to return the paint, returns to our store are always 100% on us. We know that does not totally fix the issue, but we would be more than happy to send you a return label and refund your money at no charge. Please contact [email protected] and we can guarantee a response. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication.
