I am taking this together with my 13 year old for homeschool. We have had 2 teachers and both are so kind and patient. I'm a chaotic mom, and they have been so great about my schedule and needing to push classes sometimes. I highly recommend using WeSpeak! The information is extremely clear, and whatever we don't understand our teachers will go over it as much as we need. Absolutely fantastic

Truly an incredible learning environment. My husband is Panamanian and I was trying to learn Spanish for over a year via Duolingo. This helped me with understanding, but I didn’t have the confidence to speak a single sentence. With the help of the WeSpeak teachers (shout out Barbara!!) I was able to speak Spanish with his family at our wedding. They truly cultivate such a safe learning environment. It’s a space where we can all make mistakes and learn together. The emphasis on speaking spanish, the structure of learning conversations and vocabulary, and the online homework have helped me grow in ways I didn’t think possible. I recommend WeSpeak to all of my friends. If you’re on the fence, you should go for it!

I have been taking classes with Wespeak Idiomas for about 2 months now and just signed up for another 6 months. They have different options like a "survival course" that helps you get the basics for travel, full start to finish for beginners (that's what I'm taking), and I think they have courses for those with experience, but looking to improve their Spanish. I'm learning Spanish for the very first time with literally NO experience with the language. I didn't take Spanish classes in school, haven't tried the apps, and have really only been around English speakers. I'm truly shocked at how much I have learned and retained in such a short period of time. The curriculum is structured in a way that helps you grasp the language without just memorizing words. It builds off of each lesson and returns back without being repetitive so that you're able to use what you learned in a new context. Angelica has been my instructor so far (you rotate instructors if you're enrolled longer term) and she has truly been amazing. I was really nervous and embarrassed coming in, and she quickly made me feel SO comfortable. Some good to knows: You get a private 1:1 tutor and can schedule classes as frequently as you'd like (I started with 3 days/week but you can do more or less). Each lesson is 50 minutes (and they all FLY by for me). You have access to the content so you can review what you learned. I upload it to ChatGPT to practice conversations and have it quiz me in between classes. TLDR: I would 10000% recommend Wespeak to anyone and everyone looking to expand their Spanish speaking, reading, and or writing.
