Wesley Chapel ToyotaReviews of wesleychapeltoyota.com

I would like to recommend David Rivera and Wesley Chapel Toyota as a very friendly, professional and helpful dealership. They were very up-front and honest with me and guided me through the purchase of my 2008 Mazda Miata MX-5. Both the price and the services was outstanding and the staff were extremely professional, honest and forthright. It was an excellent experience overall. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle.

My experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota was impeccable!!!!!! absolutely awesome. Last year when I bought my Camry at Lakeland Toyota, it was the WORST EXPERIENCE in my entire life dealing with Dealerships. They took complete advantage of a woman that was desperate due to physical issues in getting in a more comfortable car. They gave me no discounts and charged me almost 13% APR. I heard so many good things about Wesley Chapel Toyota that I started going to their Website. From then on I Dealt with their website manager, Mr Steve Blank I started to feel more at ease. We worked together and stayed in touch for 4 months until I was ready to make my trade. Wesley Chapel is the best ****** The minute I walked into the showroom I felt at ease, no pushy salesmen and everyone was so polite. Steve took his time to get the best deal for me and I am very satisfied. Will I go back for my maintenance schedules? You can bet your bottom dollar that I will. All the way from Lakeland. Very Very impressed. Thank you Steve and the Wesley Chapel Toyota family.

I have been extremely pleased with the Chris Joseph in the purchase of my new Prius. Mike kaack also assisted w the sale. The dealership is very sincere with keeping buyers informed. Thank you all for providing me with the best possible deal , thank you CHRIS JOSEPH!!!

Jack Peck & Wesley Chapel Toyota rock!! Great dealership all around! Would drive the 2 hrs again and again for more vehicles! Salesman don't hop all over you like vultures when you walk in the door, they're a real team and are willing to do just about anything to make your experience worth while!

Seems to me that I'm not the only one who loved this place. Jack Peck was great and the price we got on our used Toyota Prius was perfect. All about the small details, taking the time to explain things through and support our decision-making process. Buying our car was easy and straightforward thanks to Jack and Wesley Chapel - we went to a few other dealerships and were horrified by the poor service and high pressure/stressful environment. Thanks again!

Great customer service!! Andy Ghelfi was great! Would definitely recommend to others

We went to the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership 3 times before we found our 2014 Toyota Camry who we nicknamed our little "Cammy Devereaux". We could not have asked for a better sales person than James Swanson. The requirements for me was good gas mileage and a decent sound system and for my wife a SUNROOF. I know that I got on his last nerve but he never showed it once and kept plugging away until we found the car that was right for me and my wife. The sales manager Albert White took the time to educate us on car buying and I really appreciated that. There was never any pressure and he even advised us to go home and think about so that we would not have any regrets. Kelly Heflin was our financial manager and she processed our paper quickly while keeping us laughing and smiling...... Thank James, Albert and Kelly...

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mark and we had a wonderful experience. I never write reviews for anything but I just felt compelled to let everyone know what a great experience we had. Mark was respectful of our specifications and our budget, we never felt pushed or pressured, overall it really was about getting us into a car that we were comfortable with and not just the bottom line. Thank you Mark and Toyota of Wesley Chapel! You will be seeing us again soon.
