They’ve been extremely easy to work with. Alex was super helpful when I called in with multiple questions, checked my program and called doctor’s offices on my behalf to ensure easy and seamless appointments.

Jesse was great very nice, no attitude and very helpful! Often times I am met with an attitude from the member service reps and it was refreshing to speak to Jesse with a nice caring attitude!!!

Hi Margo! Thank you for the feedback, this makes our day! We're sorry to hear you've had a less than ideal experience in the past, but this is the experience we want every Member to have!
WeShare could improve by giving a clear warning to their subscribers like myself: Warning - You can choose any healthcare provider or service you choose however we're more than likely to choose not to reimburse you for the services you have selected. See how easy that is? But they don't do that. So if you choose WeShare, just keep that in mind that the "sharing" they are talking about is only about you sharing your $$$ for your monthly premiums. That's where the sharing ends. Just be prepared to pay your premiums AND whatever medical expenses you encounter.

Hi Travis, We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrations. We've done a thorough review of your account and have since communicated with you directly. In our findings, we discovered the first bill of concern was not on file with us but has now been requested so we can begin processing it. The second bill of concern unfortunately falls outside of our sharing guidelines and is not eligible for sharing. We do make our limitations and exclusions available for Members to reference, and we understand how frustrating it can be when a bill doesn't end up being eligible. Please know we thoroughly reviewed every available option before considering the matter resolved. We are also expediting the review and processing of your remaining bills currently on file. Don't hesitate to reach out with any future questions about service eligibility, we're always here to help.
The customer service representative we had today was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great attitude, which really means so much when you're dealing with issues.
