Rachel was so very helpful and kind to explain the process of how the medical bills were processed and that one of them did seem to be taking longer than their normal time frame. She stated that she would expedite that bill right away so that I would not face any late fees or other issues with my healthcare providers. She will also reach out to them to let them know what is going on as well. Now that is what I call great customer service! Thank you Rachel!! Bless you!

The customer service is excellent and so kind. I want to give a shout out to Don and Sara. They were so helpful on getting my son a xray appointment that is in service. It took alittle bit longer but our out of pocket right now will be 25 dollars for an xray compared to 465 dollars and then some. We love the customer service. Thank you so much Don and Sara.

Raquel rocked it! She was polite and thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable about my program and the maternity guidelines. She explained things very well. She brought up things in the program I wasn’t aware of that were important. Thank you very much Raquel!
