Everything was great , but the waiting time for the van at the port was too long, specially now that it’s getting really hot Other than that great service , location etc

Everything went exactly to plan. We found a lot checked in was told to level nine, we parked, grabbed our luggage, took the elevator back down and checked in the van was waiting on our return. We had our luggage walked across the street and the van was loading up. Timing was perfect. It was a excellent way to park when taking a cruise.

Was not in the addressed parking lot but accommodated by staff. Easy to get to the port using a ride share.

It was a great service and very convenient. I will use it again but the information on the email confirmation wasn't 100% accurate. It ended being not a big deal, they took us to the port and that's what mattered

Nobody likes when prices increase!! This went up 15.00 more from last year. But other then that we have had nothing but a good experience with this company and transportation is excellent.... Thank you for providing this service and keeping our property safe.

I used WePark a year ago, and had some issues making the reservation, my normal browser does not work well with their website. This time I used Chrome and did not have an issue. And it seems to have updated instructions.

Could you please use signs that are visible from the road that was my only problem with this place. I had to pay like ten dollars driving through parking garages trying to find the right one for we park in Miami.
