pulled my wen generator out of the box , put wheels and handle on very easy. put oil and gas in unit. first pull it started and has run three day straight no problem. would definitely buy again . great unit and cool looking too!

Great stateside customer service. I ordered my third Wen Generator and UPS mishandled the package. The onboard battery was punctured; I reached out to Wen by phone. Spoke with an agent outside of Chicago, and a replacement battery was mailed the same day.
