WellReceivedReviews of wellreceived.com

Hassan K was phenomenal throughout our process and explained options and the timeline perfectly. Excellent communication and quick turnaround on requests.

Hassan K did a great job of explaining the various plans to find the one that worked best. He is very professional and got back to me immediately. Hassan's customer service was exemplary.

WellReceived is very professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I love the app to be able to see and hear the conversations between the caller and WellReceived staff which keeps everything transparent. I have tried many answering service, they are by far the best.

Dharanidharan has been incredibly helpful. What I like most is the clear communication. The persistent follow-up, and the ability to quickly execute on tasks. I highly recommend this service!

Got right back to me about confirming a change

Natasha the client account manager, was super helpful, explaining and walking me through the process and features of the software. I have nothing but good experience with the software and intuitive navigation.

The onboarding was easy and the customer service is great!

This is a bit different because in the end I went in another direction, but I would like to point out that even though things didn't work out the customer service these folks give you goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely give these guys six stars if I could and definitely would consider their service if the need should arise once more.
