No customer service
I made an appointment online for my son and paid the required deposit by credit card. Their website apparently did not register the payment and prompted me to pay again. I called the spa, explained the situation, and was told they would confirm the appointment. I then received an email confirmation. On the day and at the exact time of the appointment, I arrived only to be told that they had not received the deposit and had canceled the appointment. Even worse, the person who told me this was the same person I had spoken with by phone and who had confirmed that I was coming. This was an extremely frustrating experience and, in my opinion, reflects very poor customer service and communication. As a first-time client, I expected them to resolve a payment-system issue rather than cancel my appointment without properly communicating with me. I will not recommend this spa to anyone. It felt like the deposit was more important to them than providing good customer service and taking care of a new client.
