Please kindly note the masks are not meant to be worn more than 1 time only and for periods no longer than 8-12 hours as we always suggested. Hey Carlo! We are so sorry to hear you encountered fitting issues with the product acquired previously. Please allow us to clarify a bit hoping this helps in the future. Please kindly note we do our best to provide all the information about our products within our site, including measurements, and the dimensions of the products are available per model and can be found whenever a size is selected. So, we always encourage our customers to measure and compare with these flat dimensions, and for this, we even included a measurement guideline in the product description that might help with self-measuring and getting the closest size. However, we totally understand there are times when our changes are not of everyone's like, and for which we try to offer as many variations of the masks as possible, so choices are a la carte. That being said, we for sure will use your comments to study our next iterations and try to satisfy with an improvement in our products to meet your standards. For now, we believe the best model that might be of your like with the inner layer of the same color would be our white KN95 masks. We know this might not be what you were looking for, but we hope this might be an option for you so we can keep your business. Hi Jennifer, thank you for the kind words, and we're sorry to know our 3 stars was due to the shipping process from the couriers. If you allow us to clarify, we definitely understand the frustration. We've been frustrated with carriers as well. Logistics have been affected by different factors outside of our control, and some shipments could present delays thereof. We are working in making these delays to happen less often as much as we can by shipping the products to UPS/USPS within the next 24 hours the order was registered. Please bear with us while we try to make these couriers to make deliveries a bit faster. Hi James, thanks for your honest comments and we're sorry to know the masks' straps were too lose. We always aim to provide products and services that can fit everyone, but we also understand this may not always be a possibility, and because of that we upgrade ourselves constantly our customers' needs as much as possible. With that being said, we also were aware of some tricks that may help to our customers that doesn't purchase the adjustable versions and that's to place knots in the earloops to help with adjusting, but if that doesn't help, we also have variants with adjustable earloops for your future purchases.
