Hi Mi, we are sorry to know you are not fully happy with our masks. If you allow us to clarify, our masks were not updated in a way the metal strip was removed, but instead they are inside each mask and you can still feel them in the nose area. As for the packaging, we do make some recent updates on them, so the bags are now made in a more earth-friendly material that can be recycled, but this didn't affect the masks' performance, as they are still providing a great % in filtration (above 97%!) Hi Ronald, we are sorry about what happened and we hope we can clarify. As our teammate clarified on chat, we prepared the replacement as soon as possible for your lost in transit package (which in fact showed as delayed by the carrier, not lost) and tried to make an exception for you and clarified that we were using an expedited option to help you out with the problem. Unfortunately, the delivery times the carriers like UPS use in their options are not a time we can control as it's their internal processes as a third party, but we hope you understand that, in front of the delays, we do our best to work for our customers and process reshipments with the fastest possible option for each case, and although 5-7 business days is the standard timeframe, we know expedited options work much faster than that. Once again, we are sorry even with the expedited option and the immediate reshipment processing our team did was not enough for you. We wish you the best of luck and stay safe.

Dear Joan, we are sorry to know you had these issues with your masks. If you allow us to explain, our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. Regarding the straps broke, please never forget you can reach out to our communication channels when these things happen with pictures of the damaged product, and we will be more than happy to assist you! Hi Heather, we are sorry to know you felt this way with the regular KN95 masks. After many studies and checking the best sizes, we developed this model as the regular size, which we understand it may not fit all faces, and that's the reason you can also select among sizes Small and Large, and to be sure the masks' size, we provide measurement guidelines and the masks' dimensions to help our customers to select the best size. Dear Brian, we are sorry to know you had issues with your order. If you allow us to clarify, the 95%, as well as other masks, refers to the efficiency of filtration applied on the air that goes through the masks, not on the edges. Sealing has nothing to do with filtration efficiency, and any test you can check from our documentation can prove this statement, and even we kindly invite you to investigate this reasoning on the internet, as the sealing does not reduce how the masks performs when the air goes through them, and we hope this had clarified your concern. As for the sealing, we believe in this case you would have received masks which size does not fit as expected because if air leaks below the chin, it seems the regular size might be running bigger than your measurements, and for this, we believe size small would be a better option. Hi Bethany, we are sorry to know you had this issue with your product. According to our experience, this problem may have been caused because of size, being the X-Small (the one you got) running out too small for your child. Dear Adolfo, we are sorry to know the samples you receive, both sizes LARGE and SMALL (because according to the purchase history, you received two free samples in such sizes, which is the limit of samples we were able to send and we do not have XL sizes), didn't run as expected, and all of them were as per your request. That said, we hope you understand that, although we already have pictures on our site that will explain you how to measure your face and the dimensions of our masks to determine the best size, we sent the samples as we understand sometimes you as our customer weren't able to find a perfect size. For future references, we strongly suggest you to get the regular size as we can be sure that's the perfect size for you, and we hope the service you received with two free samples gave you a better experience than 2 stars.
