Love the masks. Love the ease of the subscription. Have had issues a couple of times with logging into my account/subscriptions. It will say I don’t have an account but every time I have done the live chat, it gets resolved very quickly.

Masks moderately comfortable. I assume they work well but do not have research evidence.

Thé website is nice but I ordered mask for my both kids and one of the size is ways too small I believe I ordered size 4 ( toddler ) for my 4 years old boy and it’s way too small so I honestly didn’t use them and didn’t had time to return them I don’t even know the process to return them. The quality is good but the sizes are not adjusted for my 4 and 7 years old .

I've finally found a mask at WellBefore that fits me snugly--sides of face and especially , top of nose. I hope to keep ordering, if they are available.

Great stuff -- BUT it takes longer to process the order and ship it out than the shipping takes. So far both orders haven taken 2-3 weeks minimum to arrive. That is 1990s order to delivery time. I get products from overseas faster.

The N99 masks I purchased are high quality and arrived quickly. However, they do not fit my face shape very well. They are too short from top to bottom, so I cannot confidently wear them.
