We are sorry to know the purchase you made was with a size that might not fit you. To help out with this, we include in our product's pictures, the measurements of each size to help out finding the best option, and since you ordered the size small, that would be the reason for which the masks ran out small. Dear Gloria, I'm sorry to hear you had these issues with our products. After doing a verification, it seems we sent the products that were requested, the N95 WellBefore NIOSH certified masks, which are safe to wear with headstraps that can be adjusted at the edge of the masks (we provided instructions for that) in order to help to attach them. Dear Ana, I'm sorry you had issues with my service, but if you allow me to clarify, when a customer comments having issues by placing an order, and systems says "zip code from billing address is not matching the one with card" we suggest all of our customers to kindly reach to their bank or card issuers to verify if the billing address they are placing are correct. I'm afraid in those cases that's the best solution and confirm if they are using the right information. Dear Salvatore. Thank you for your honest comments. I'm sorry to hear you had these issues with the deliveries and felt our team didn't help as expected. If you allow me to clarify, we do our best to ship out our products within the next 24 hours the order is processed so it can be handled to the courier as fast as possible, and from there it should take from 7-10 business days to arrive at destination. However, due to the holidays, these dates may suffer some delays. We've been frustrated as well, as logistics have been affected and the volume of packages is in constant increase, some shipments could present delays thereof. Unfortunately, there are moments when couriers may lose packages by accident on their internal process. Although it is not on us, we are happy to help our customers, and immediately processed a refund as you requested today since we didn't have the stock of some products you bought at that time (demand may have affected us since the moment you placed your order).
