I purchased an item on social media, I believed all the hype and the so called referances, but there was a warning on BBC television news that these items were a scam ( so called Air conditioning unit ), and after a month I still had not recieved my item, I contacted the company who again made various excuses about how there was a delay, but PayPal who put the money back in my account within 3 days. Thank you PayPal This company sells scam products, everyone avoid, if you want to buy 💩 products and get told lots of excuses when it doesn't arrive then this is the company for you. PS the item arrived and was absolute 💩 it did not live up to the claim and did not cool the room, it basically was an overpriced fan heater.

I have nothing but praise for the level of Customer Service I received. Both from Victor and Victoria. Victoria especially was not only helpful but offered heartfelt support to me. I forgot to collect my parcel as I was dealing with my beloved cat, Tupelo, who was very sick and in the end I had to make the heart wrenching decision to have him put to sleep. I explained this to Victoria and she was amazing, offering kind words of comfort that were very much appreciated. The issue of the parcel and refund was worked out satisfactorily. So, Thank You from the bottom of my heart.
