This is absolutely and entirely untrue. Typically we would no respond in this manner if there were to be any truth the the accusations. We will be pursuing legal action for defamation due the the false information created to tarnish our reputation. We have recorded phone calls, and text to contradict everything that's been said above. There is no way for us to attach these recordings here, however the scenario is much different that stated above. This clients move was a complete success. Was moved with zero issue, no problems, no delays, and no damages. This client was angry/ upset for one reason and one reason only. She tried to trick our team into breaking our rules/ company policies and she didn't like the fact that she could not manipulate them. She didn't like that she didn't have the power nor control to bribe them nor convince them to do what she was attempting. #1 the "weed" "buzz" comments are completely fabricated and this was never brought to our offices attention in all 8 of our conversations. This was never once mentioned. The instructions we "did not follow" are specified below. #1 the client asked our team to meet her at a location for lunch. She wanted to stop and eat, but she didn't want to be charged for the delay. We allow for a 15 minute grace period for waiting time if our client does not make it on sight. The client didn't want to pay for wait time so she tried to get our team to follow her and meet her somewhere for lunch and she told them not to inform their office. Out of fear that they would be reprimanded and potentially lose their job, of course they did the right thing and called it in. We contacted the client to inform her that our team is not allowed to simply meet you somewhere and wait for you while you eat because they have other moves and services to attend today, and we base our schedule around the scheduled services for the day. The client than said "i am the customer, your supposed to do what ever i ask (even though this client had a fixed flat rate price/ not an hourly service. So her price does not change based on time.). Essentially she wanted to just waste time and have our team sit there while she ate lunch rather than completing her move. We had already loaded all her belongings into two trucks after 4 hours. We were in route to the delivery location when she did this. She siad it was no problem and said that she didnt like her moving team because they did not listen to her, and they contacted me (their boss) behind her back. She was very angry that they did not follow her directions to keep this a secret from our office. I informed her that i would give our team a call right away and see what we can do for her. She demanded that i do not contact my own team. She said that if i call my own team, that she would not pay. that she is the customer, and we should do as she says, even if it is against our contracted agreement, and company policy. We immediately contacted our team anyway to inform them that this client will be very problematic but to please remain respectful even if she is not. That we are already aware of what she was trying to do. She had been kicked out of her previous location due to arguments with the management, and had list her previous movers due to arguments (which now makes 100% sense). When she came to us she complained about her "ex-movers" and her landlord whom had both betrayed her (and now apparently its us). The client than lied to us and told us she got lost (im sure she stopped to eat anyway). Our team sat at her delivery location for an hour waiting for her. WE DID NOT CHARGE HER. She was charged a flat price (so the speed of our movers) does not impact pricing. this was not an hourly service. She than added additional work she wanted done for free. and she said "I'm the boss for today" you are not to contact your boss. Our team ignored this and we finished the job. She thanked us and we left. There was no complaint past that.

Good afternoon, My name is Brandon from We Like To Move It Movers LLC. We are sorry for your disappointment. However, I would like to go on record of explaining the situation to the general public who may view this review. This client is upset due to a claim that our team could have moved faster than they did. Service was scheduled on 01/29 for a move on 02/03. We were in route on 02/03 to the clients residence (2 hour commute). Half way in to our travels the client contacted us to reschedule. We informed the client of our last minute resch./cancellation policies and fees (as also disclosed in our contract). The client agreed, we sent the client the updated contact, credit card authorization forms, and proceeded to reschedule for the following day 02/04. Client paid fees and commenced service for the following day. During the following days service we entered the home. In our estiamte provided to client, the client had informed us that they would have all smaller, misc. personal contents pre packed into boxes and bins, all large exercise equipment would be pre-disassembled, and roughly 25 pre packed boxes in total. We would be happy to provide any additional assistance required, but still, our estimate was only based on the labor and items list provided via client. When we arrived there were over 75 boxes, the client was not fully packed, misc. contents all over, and boxes were not closed. Exercise equipment was also not disassembled. We commenced service and called the client several times throughout the day to check in with them and make sure that they were pleased. We called the client about 4 hours into the service, and spoke to them. The client was made aware of the alterations to the estimate. The client informed us that everything was going great and they understand our hourly rate as contracted. The client than stated that our team was moving slower than they had hoped. I immedietly contacted our team to see why i would be hearing this from our client and to light a fire under our team to speed up the process. We than, touched base with the client again to make sure everything was moving up to their standards. The client was perfectly fine. We completed the full move after 13 hours of service. Upon completion, when it was time to pay the bill, we got a call from the client stating that they had paid their bill but they were unhappy. We proceeded to ask them how we can assist them and make this right. The husband/ boyfriend got on the phone and began screaming and yelling calling our staff names, derogatory comments, A** H****, Piece of S***, Scammers, etc. We continued to offer resolutions although the client could not hear us through all the screaming. The following morning we reached out to our client again, to find a resolution. At this point our client told us they don't want a resolution from us, they want to get the move for free and plan on disputing the full amount with their credit card company which they have. They followed up by leaving us 7 negative reviews on different venues. Even still, we contacted our client 3 days later to offer even more resolutions. The client said they would get back to us with an answer that evening. We called and texted multiple times and never received a response. Than we found more negative reviews they continued to leave us. This is never the result we are looking for as a small business, locally owned, and family operated. Our reputation is everything to us, and we would not still be in business if we were "Scammers". We provide the best customer service that we can with each and every service. We are very disappointed with the results of this particular service however we have tried every option, and every resolution we could think of. We hope to find ways to avoid similar situations in the future, and we have internally addressed these issues with our own team to be sure that nothing similar happens in the future.
