Ordered a couple hundred dollars of …
Ordered a couple hundred dollars of tools from these guys off their internet site that showed it was in stock , order went through my credit card was charged then got an email some days later that order has been cancelled , not only do they not have it but they can't get it. Item out of stock according to welding mart but this item is no longer even being made. I am very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend them. No attempt made to try and make things good . Order was placed July 3rd 2016, email was sent to me asking to review my experience with welding mart in April 2017 .

Ann, I want to first apologize for this issue you encountered. Unfortunately, our systems are tied in directly to each manufacture for all inventory control. Sometimes, a Mfg. fails to update stock on their end and this type of incident can occur. We try our hardest to prevent these types of problems, but sometimes they happen.
