I received my initial dosage vial and everything was included with it. The alcohol prep pads and needles. I've had no side effects. It's very confusing ordering more of the medicine.

I have had no side effects. Im loosing 2-3lbs a week. The medicine arrived in 5 days or less. However, Im coming due for a refill. I was supposed to have a questionnaire to let the dr know weather or not to change my dose, and haven't revieved it. I've emailed them and haven't had a response back from the support team. I have recently tried to just put in for the refill and see if that gets a reply.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a refill, I have filled out the doctors request, and have sent 4 emails, plus I have called twice , and no response, their customer service is severely lacking.

It was so easy to get started and after 6 months I am only 10lbs away from my goal weight! I’ve never felt so good about myself! Refills come very quickly and the doctor is there to answer any questions. Love it so much!

Beware!This company's advertising is very deceptive. When your dose increases above 5mg, they will charge an additional $99 more in addition to the amount you prepaid which is $83 +$99 so that $182 per month. I am very disappointed I was scammed. Their site does not spell it out that they will increase your dose at the tune of $99 a month. It would have more acceptable if it were 99 per shipment and that it was disclosed. They don't provide reliable web support and it takes a while for them to respond forget about someone returning a call. There are better companies out there that are not so deceptive. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Very disappointed I feel scammed.

My weight loss journey is go well. I'm down 30 pounds. I'm ready for my next step up in dosing.

Very easy to deal with this company and getting started. However, I do feel there should a bit more communication from weight Rx to follow our progress. To that point when I called the representative was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. I would love to see the portal become more of a tool for us to track progress, but hopefully in time this will grow further. Donna

I do get frustrated with the lack of communication. But other than that I've been happy with everything
