How did I not know about this!
I never even heard of cost segregation before, but after complaining to a friend that I wasn’t looking forward to this tax season because the last couple of years have been rough for my business, she told me about it. I went into it skeptical because for me most of the time when something’s too good to be true, it is. But after completing the study on my commercial property, the savings by far exceeded my expectations. The turnaround time was just three days, which is almost unheard of in this space. The report was detailed, professional, and easy for my CPA to work with. If you own commercial real estate, this is definitely something you should look into.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It’s actually very common for many property owners to hear about cost segregation for the first time through friends, colleagues, or their CPA, so we completely understand the initial skepticism. Our goal is always to provide a clear, transparent process and deliver real tax savings that make a meaningful difference for property owners and business owners alike. We’re especially glad to hear that the turnaround time and the quality of the report met your expectations and that your CPA found it easy to work with. Our engineering and tax teams work hard to make sure every study is both accurate and IRS-compliant while still being fast and efficient. Thank you again for trusting us with your property and for allowing us to help you maximize your tax savings. If you ever acquire additional properties or have any questions in the future, we’d be happy to assist you again. — The We Do Cost Segregation Team
