WebsitedesignersofficialReviews of websitedesignersofficial.com

I first reached out to this company for help in creating a logo. I was very satisfied, however, which led me to fall for several upsells, totaling over $12,000. Then, recently, another demand for $1200 for better search placement. But I have to beg for work to be done, and it is either not done on time, requires several requests, or is done without notice, requiring me to continually go to my website to test the requested change, only to find it hasn't been done. I think I'm just going to shut down my website

David Nelson and Steve were fantastic to work with. Their technical skills and creative input gave us a website that stands out in our industry. Thank you for the outstanding service!

David Nelson and Madison are a dream team! They took the time to understand our needs and delivered a website that perfectly reflects our business. Their creativity and professionalism are unmatched!

ALL of these reviews are "staged". This company and its satellite entity, ORIX, are a well-devised and elaborate SCAM with only one intent. They seek to lure as much money from you as possible with NO intent to deliver. Beware of Nick - he is the gateway to the sales pitch in the chat. Steve Hall is the lead salesman you will promise you the moon and steal several thousand dollars without blinking his eye. We lost over $5,000 through wire fraud to this individual. A woman named Madison will attempt to make you believe that she can deliver but is lying as well. DO NOT trust these people. If you have, your recourse through PayPal will result in a chargeback and you have a chance of recovering you funds. Also, please join us in filing charges with the Internet Criminal Complaint Center for wire fraud to put these people out of business for good.

This company is incompetent, provides false timelines on completion, and was not capable of implementing our design properly. After multiple mtgs, redlines, 3 months, as well as a reduction is scope in hopes of launching the site we still have nothing to go live with. Planning to start over with another company now.

From the inception to the launch of our website for Stellar Geosteering, Shaun Paul has been nothing short of phenomenal. As a startup co-founder, finding a web developer who not only understands your vision but also brings it to life with precision and creativity is crucial. Shaun exceeded all our expectations. Shaun's dedication to our project was evident from the start. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, demonstrating a unique blend of technical expertise and aesthetic sensibility. His ability to make numerous adjustments, often on tight deadlines, without ever compromising on quality, was truly remarkable. What sets Shaun apart is his exceptional customer service and commitment. Throughout the development process, he was responsive, approachable, and always willing to take the extra step to make sure we were more than satisfied with the outcome. His professional demeanor and ability to handle feedback and changes effortlessly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am immensely grateful for Shaun’s hard work and excellent output. It's clear he is not only passionate about web development but also about ensuring his clients’ success. Our collaboration has been immensely productive and enjoyable, and I eagerly look forward to working with Shaun again on future projects. For anyone looking for top-notch web development services, I cannot recommend Shaun Paul highly enough. He is a true asset to Website Design Official and any project lucky enough to have him.
