Shining STAR
First of all, Ethan Chase has been an to me through this company as a production supervisor that several others have failed at. Though the communication has been difficult because of a system in place by the actual company not Ethan himself. Many things that I’ve needed to have done to designing and creating the visual for my website has been difficult the people before Ethan never seem to care. We’re very slow and responding to my communications through emails text messages or even voice messages. But since Ethan has now been assigned to me each and everything that I’ve needed, he has done his best to communicate the information to the coworkers for them to perform the task when task have not been completed. He has been very vocal with the coworkers at the lack of attention or detail that I expect of them. I’m under the impression that Ethan Chase is very well skilled, knowledgeable, and loyal to his clients. It seems to upset him when task are not performed at the level of professionalism or in a timely manner. I appreciate the levels of understanding and patience that he has with my level of anxiety, stress, and aggravation that has been associated with developing my website. But Ethan has been a real trooper and a friend through it all. I know I sometimes come across very harsh and rude with the way I communicate things to him. But once he realizes it’s nothing personal, he goes out of his way to do whatever needs to happen to resolve the problem. I feel very lucky to have Ethan Chase and all the skills and talents at my disposal to help me fulfill a dream. I am very proud of the design and vision that Ethan has help me bring to my website. Ethan should be seen as an asset to the sorry company because of all the issues and the problems that it causes. He and he alone is the only reason I’m still using this establishment. He goes beyond his means to try to rectify problems that would have a customer move to another provider. Ethan deserves plenty recognition and should be recognized as one of the top people in his position. I honestly think that Ethan Chase should be acknowledged as one of the top supervisors in your company. There have been many times that I have thought to throw in the towel with this piece of blank company because of the problems, issues, lack of respect, and Simply following information or instructions given of how a certain template or design connected to the website should look. But Ethan pulled me back each and every time because he felt my disappointment and stress that has been associated with this company with my website. So all I can say is Ethan Chase has much to offer and provides any and every solution needed to get the task done. You are lucky to have him. I would give him a five star rating each and every day. He is a shining light in this dull and overcasted shadow of a company. I thank Ethan Chase for all that he did, all that he’s done and all that he is still willing to do to get the job done Thank you, Ethan. I really appreciate you even when you don’t think I do. I consider you a real friend and it has been a pleasure working with you. Much luck with your career and providing a service with a personal touch that I’m sure many others will benefit from.
