WebflowReviews of webflow.com

The ai agent support is useless - it would not find a solution but rather baffle you with bullshit.

The entire support system is an AI chatbot full of slop, and if you ask for a human to follow up over email, your new ticket sends you right back to the same chatbot. On top of that, they just raised prices while downgrading support. Easy decision to cancel your subscription and move on to another builder. The website builder itself is more complicated than it needs to be and can take hours for what should be done in minutes because of bugs and weird quirks.

Why webflow?? Discontinue app genn???? My whole site runs using app gen. I cant code and the ai makes it really useful to make an complex site, such as mine(a bike configurator). Recently they announced to discontinue the program, Which is utterly insane since my whole site is based there. I cant move it since the design page isnt capable of using the code and i am now forced to go to an different site builder. Also the ai in app gen suddenly works really bad and cant make any changes anymore. It also suddenly deleted some code out of nowhere?? When trying to reach out to webflow to share my concerns i get the message that their email doesn't work no more. Their chat bot is also really bad. SO PLEASE WEBFLOW dont stop. I dont want to move to an other web builder!! Thank you

this service is a rip off. you get sucked in with what seems like a fair price then for everything you need to do to work with a team to publish the site is all extra fees and not small fees I am hundreds of dollars in happy with designs and then cannot download to publish without paying hundreds more or use their hosting and pay hundreds more as well. Big mistake. f...c them

Building a website for a client and for some stupid reason decided to give webflow a try. BAD MOVE! . Holy Mackerel! USeless! Bought a template for 50 quid. You have to take on a plan because they have badges / Webflow logo stuck on template you have paid for!. say what??? So, to remove the effing logo branding you have to go up two layers their paid plans. And when you do that, they say if you do not go higher, you will have to delete the any work you have done on your free plan...unless you go even higher up the plans structure then you can continue without ripping out your previous work. I am asking for my money back!

Just started using it. Spent a couple of hours on it. Thought, "Am I stupid or is this utterly ridiculous?" Perhaps I am... but when I looked at the reviews, it made sense. WF is by far and away the very worst of a number of web sites that I've used. I got a bit frustrated with Wix at times, hence trying something new, but by lord, compared to this, Wix is like travelling first class on Emirates compared to being dragged behind a donkey.

Very limited design options. Tons of errors when try to use the features. Not worth the money.
