The wait time is terrible. I have tried to use this service several times and I am told the wait time will only be an hour or so. It has turned out to be 8+ hours! I get very impatient waiting for them to call and I have decided to no longer use the service because of the horrible wait times.

I had a UTI and was desperate for relief. I found this service online and gave it a try. What a great experience! The Dr. called back within 15 minutes and this was at 6:30 a.m.! He reviewed my symptoms, asked some questions about my health history, expressed concern for my well-being and called in a Rx.

It was an excellent experience with the service. I only had problem with the website. But, it's grate service.

I didn't feel as if the doctor even cared to understand my issue. I also felt that because I was without insurance, he made certain assumptions about who I was. I attempted to explain that this was the first time in my adult life I did not have my own private insurance but due to a reduction in workforce I lost my job as a Care Manager along with approximately 270 other colleagues. I experienced the same dismissive attitude I advocated against for my members. I hope to never forget this experience so that in my next position I will remember how quickly our situations can change. Unfortunately my experience was very unsettling.

Fast, professional assistance. Would definitely use again, saved tons of money by not going to the emergency room. Was able to get help on a Saturday night at 9pm.
