Will use again..from start to finish less than an hour!!

Over all experience was fair. No friction Calling connection was confusing. When I answered, the call abruptly ended. Asked for an illness absence employer letter which came promptly, yet unfortunately was unacceptable. Physician mentioned that if document was not adequate a full refund of consult fee would be honored. Still working on refund as I had to go to a minute clinic to attain an acceptable employer document.

This service was very convenient to get some medication refilled after hours for migraine. It eliminated me Having to wait for hours in the waiting room at urgent care. It was also cheaper than the urgent care visit would’ve been so I’m happy with the service and happy that my migraine is gone.

There was some technical problems so I didnt get a call until the next day but the physician prescribed the right meds and within 2 days I am feeling so much better!

Call back was VERY fast. Told the doctor my issue, and he knew exactly what to do. Thank for the help!

Just needed a prescription refill due to some lost medication while away from home. Although it was a fair amount of money for 2 1/2 minutes on the phone with him but it was exactly what I needed and very convenient. Grateful for this service!
