5 stars: Great experience. Easy to use with prompt call from the physician. Highly recommended

I used MDProactive with chat and pictures sent for an infected cut on my arm. On the upside, the Dr did prescribe an antibiotic and some cremes (1 antibiotic ointment & 1 steroidal creme) right away. However, after using these, the condition worsened tremendously: swollen 2x, inflamed, etc. After being on them for 4 days I had to go to an ER where they told me I never should have been using a steroid creme on that type of infection, it only worsens it, and that the antibiotic prescribed was highly inadequate. So while the online process went smoothly, the Dr did a terrible job. He was very polite, but his accent was quite strong and difficult to understand, and he clearly prescribed the wrong things for me.

MD called 30 min later for the consult and called in prescription to my pharmacy. Everything was super easy and streamlined. 1 hour later I had meds for my UTI in hand. Thanks MDProactive!

After filling out the required information on the site which was easy and direct, I received my call from the Doctor in 20 min. I highly recommend this service. I received my prescription within the hour. I am a retired RN and feel that this service is great.

My Doctor called me back within the hr. after I put in a consult request. My prescription ready right away, so worth this Website and less expensive then trying to get a Dr. visit and waiting with sick people. Also I have a card called GOOD RX to safe on scripts you all should check that out it helps with insurance or without. Thankyou MD Proactive so much so glad I found you!
