Treated fast, expertly, and kindly.

The MD called me quickly. He was a good listener and kindly. He asked me focused questions about my problem. I had a painful rash after removing a tick. After looking at the photo I sent in, he advised me I was at risk for lyme and prescribed an antibiotic which he called into a local pharmacy. I took my first dose within an hour. The next day it was better, and now four days later, there is only a remnant left.

Dr was fantastic, but their tech support and such leaves a lot to be desired. I couldn't input a coupon code and my insurance had some technical code pop up so they wouldn't take that either. I've written them but have yet to get a response.

Dr. Garg actually listens to me and doesn't treat me like a child, which is better than the expensive urgent care doctors I've been to in the past. Sometimes you don't need a doctor to know what is wrong, you just need a doctor to help get well. The time from making an appointment to talking with a doctor is minutes. Try that anywhere else.
