I spent an hour preparing for my call with a doctor by inputting my 17 Meds one by one, and then my numerous health issues into my profile. When the doctor called me he asked if I have any medical issues which leads me to believe he did not look at my profile ahead of the call which lists everything. That’s my personal impression. Otherwise the doctor was courteous and asked good questions about my need for a special prescription drug.

The prescriber was very quick to understand me. He respected my knowledge base and was never condescending. He also promptly followed through and my prescription was ready in a timely manner. Dr R Thompson has helped me on my path to freedom from alcohol. I hope to speak to him again should I require refills. Thanks for the opportunity to let you know my appreciation. Sincerely, S Thomas

Overall this was a simple, discrete procedure. My doctor had a very distinct and heavy accent, and I struggled to comprehend what he was saying the first time, so he had to repeat himself several times. Other than that, I had no complaints.

The physician called back in a very timely time frame, asked pertinent questions, and called in a prescription.
