My 20 year old daughter who is at home with us from college for the summer has Covid. Positive tests. My wife has severely compromised immune system and is on rituximab and methotrexate infusions, which take down her immune system. We did an $80 session with WebDoctors.com to get Paxlovid and treatment meds for Covid. The Paxlovid was to reduce viral load due to my wife's super high risk status. The doctor refused to prescribe the medicine or any other helpful medication. My wife has had Covid 4 times and been hospitalized more than once. $80 session for "don't worry about it - you and your Mom will be fine." Waste of money and I will be charging this back with my credit card company as no meaningful service was provided.

The doctor was very efficient, and diagnosed my eye infection as conjunctivitis then proceeded to call my local pharmacy and ordered an antibiotic, which came in a gel form, my infection went away in a few days. Great experience. Thank you
