Purchased front and rear seat mats for my truck. The rear mat has been curling up since my purchase in 2020. I contacted their customer service department about the issue and they simply told me to lay it out in the sun. I tried it, with no success, so much for their warranty.

I like the quality and durability of my car floor mats. The sun shade for my 2014 Honda Accord 4 door sedan does not fit well. My main reason for review is my son has bought the sun shades for his 2004 honda accord an now a 2021 Subaru Outback and they fit like a glove. Just curious as to why the fit for my 2014 Honda is so off.

I was extremely disappointed with Weathertech's shipping policy. I placed an order and then realized I needed to cancel it, but their system wouldn't allow it. After the order was finally refunded, I found out that I had to pay for the shipping, and they also didn't refund the original shipping cost. It's frustrating that they don't offer any flexibility with cancellations, and the additional costs are unacceptable. It's much more convenient to buy from Amazon, especially as a Prime user, where you can avoid these kinds of issues altogether.

I bought the light grey weathertech front mats for a 2024 Honda. After 8,000 km and nine months they are stained and no scrubbing or cleaners that I’ve used will get the stain out. Weather tech says too bad. I can buy really cheap mats and they don’t stain. Very disappointed and a waste of a lot of money

2024 Ford F150 Raptor picked up this week. Ordered the sunscreen that was supposed to FIT. $100 for what is advertised as a premium and quality product and brand. The screen has huge gaps in the top of the screen by the mirror. Calls and emails of pictures were sent. Itzel G. the customer service rep said that if I did not like it I could return (my expense). Total BS. I am buying one off Amazon (other brand) at half the price. Good riddance Weather Tech from a 25 year SEMA member

I really thought $150.00 for each seat cover would get me a specific cover for the vehicle. What I got was just a seat cover for any vehicle. I called and was not impressed with the customer service. The covers go over the lever on the side so it really is hard to use the lever.

Purchase $500 in items for a 2024 Ford Edge. The headlight protectors I could not get to fit, talked with Weathtech, oh, we don’t even install them at our store, go to a window tinting company. The could not get them to fit. Large cargo mat that goes up seat back keeps falling off despite placing weights on the mat, oh you installed it wrong. They have gone down hill, do not purchase their products.

I bought a backseat protector and cargo mat for my 2024 Tucson Nline. The seat protector was a little disappointing as it did not seem to have the coverage and thickness as seen on TV and their website. The cargo liner fit nicely everywhere EXCEPT one side - there was a lot of extra line that would not lay flat. A little chinzy for the prices charged.
