My husband fell and it did not work he laid for two hours bleeding

This certainly isn't how our system is supposed to work. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can make sure your system is set up and all the pieces are working.
The button is quite delicate and can be easily triggered. hence in the event of a real problem, it may not be taken seriously.

Hi! We have 3 different activator settings to help make sure you meant to send an alert when one starts. Go to More > Activator Settings to choose how many presses will trigger an alert.
I would give this product 5 stars if I didn't have to have my phone on me. I always have my Garmin Forerunner watch on me though.

The concept was a good one which is why we bought several. Fast-forward to today... The battery life is way too short. There should be a way to turn it off when not in use. There is the monthly subscription which is not outrageous. However smartwatches like the updated Apple Watch software duplicates the wearsafe protection w/o the extra hardware and service fees rendering it obsolete.
