SMOODIReviews of wearesmoodi.com

The best thing I have ever tried health-wise! It has everything you need in one go + protein. As someone who really struggles with protein intake and remembering to take 82727292 supplements having everything together is amazing. Not to mention how delicious it is.

Training in the luteal phase got easier with this! I'm a half-marathon runner and I lift weights as a complimentary to my running. I hate when the luteal phase hits me every month because I don't have energy and the workouts are hard! Both my HRV and RHR get messy in that period. But with SMOODI I was surprised that I my workouts got easier during that phase and my HRV and RHR stabilized. Love it!

There are so many protein supplements on the market right now and I have tried A LOT. I’m super picky with protein powder and this is hands down, up there with the best. First of all, the taste! It doesn’t taste gritty, lumpy or leave that “protein-y” taste in your mouth after having it. The best part - it was designed for female physiology, not adapted from a men’s formula with a pink label slapped on it. That distinction matters more than people realise.

I've been having smoodi daily for 2 weeks and already noticed improvement in my skin Usually I would have acne flareups at least twice in the part of the cycle I was in, but I had none, so its working perfect alongside my movement and nutrition routine. I love to blend it into chocolate smoothie vibe and its became one of my daily meals. Defo recommend for someone whos already having balance diet and physocal activity, but needs extra support for the hormones 👌🏼

This is by far the most delicious protein supplement I have ever tried. It tastes amazing and blends perfectly with fruits, milk, and even cocoa powder, making it easy to create a variety of delicious shakes. Best of all, it contains everything you need in a single supplement. It can be enjoyed as a meal or a snack that provides a generous amount of high-quality protein to your diet.
