Why has your system started to show that the minimum deposit is 30 and the minimum deposit suddenly changed to 50 when you go back to the submit order? Why can't your customer service solve the problem for me? Instead, it's very perfunctory. Can your customer service solve the problem?

Deposited RM500 and was give RM500 as live casino bonus. After winning almost RM5,000 and fulfill rollover criteria (RM25000), withdrawal was rejected as they claim I violated some rules. My account was banned and I dont get any of my money back. Please stay away from this scammer casino website

I have been a loyal user of WE88 for over two years, and this is by far the most distressing experience I’ve ever had with any platform. On 5th May, I had a live chat with a WE88 agent who explicitly approved the creation of a new account and even helped me link my existing CIMB bank account to it. I followed all instructions in good faith. Then I won RM109,000. But when I requested a withdrawal, they suddenly withheld the entire amount – and since then, they’ve gone completely silent. No response to multiple emails, no confirmation whether management reviewed the chat log, and no explanation at all. If the account setup was not valid, then why did their own agent assist and approve it? Why was my bank account linked successfully? Their silence shows a total lack of accountability. I’ve shared my medical struggles, financial difficulties, and even offered to accept a partial payout – but they’ve shown zero compassion. I’ve begged for fairness, not luxury. This platform took my RM109,000 ignored every follow-up, and left me emotionally and financially broken. I’m now forced to share my story publicly to warn others: If you win big, they may just ignore you. Do not trust WE88 with your money. They are quick to take, but vanish when it’s time to pay.
