Durch Hackerangriff bei WD haben alle MyCloud Duo und andere User vom WD Produkten seit 5 Tagen keinen Zugriff mehr auf ihre Daten.

Even before the colossal outage, this company is dreadful. Bought a device to store data but files would go missing or become duplicated. Poor customer service and insane how no one can access their data for nearly a week without giving updates when service will resume. Will never ever use this company again

A complete corrupt joke of a corporation. Should be bought to justice. MyCloud is a joke, compromised several times resulting in huge issues to people. All we get is an apology and offer to upgrade, spend more money on something equally as rubbish. They do not learn from mistakes, unempathetic psychopaths… The very definition of an American Psycho - not the shower killers from Hitchcock

Do NOT recommend any of their products. They have provided the worst customer service for not only me, but thousands of customers who are without access to their files during this “outage” Do NOT buy any of their systems.

Not even a 1 star company. They have closed down all access because of a cyber attack and after 4 days still can't fix the problem. Complete waste of money.

Terrible customer service. Our office is currently down due to a service outage on their end and no one is able to offer any update or assistance
