The alstromeria "Sweet Laura" arrived at my friends in very poor shape. They planted it & I hope it survives. It was a gift as a memorial to their daughter Laura who passed away.

Dear Katy, Your input is very important to us and will assist us in our ongoing efforts to provide better products and services to all our customers.
Over the past year I have bought a few plants, all successfully survived the shipping to Utah and are now happy members of my garden family. I do look forward to the visuals in daily emails.

All my orders have arrived in a timely fashion, and plants are packed well and healthy. I would recommend this nursery above other similarly-priced mail-order nurseries from which I have ordered. (I do use other nurseries as well, that are more specialized and/or more upscale.)

Excellent plants/products. Great customer service response! First came across and purchased from Wayside in the early 80's. Later, lived in an apartment for many years and (sad!) no garden. Since moving into a home it has been wonderful to reconnect and find things to enhance its curb appeal even more!

I've been ordering from Wayside gardens for more than 20 years. I trust them to send me the very best of plants.

I Have ordered plants from Wayside several times. Some plants have arrived completely wilted - no life in them. On the other hand I have received plants that thrived and beautified my garden greatly. Wayside's selection is great, I always find something interesting to spend my gardening budget on - things my local growers never have. The items shipped are usually very small and need several seasons to produce any results. I say; go ahead and order from Wayside, but don't expect to be overwhelmed.

Would have given 5 stars as before my last order, everything I have ever received arrived on time and in great condition. My last order arrived late and 75% of it dead or dying.
