waxworkrecords.comReviews of waxworkrecords.com

Worst costumer service ever. Karla did nothing to help my issue and just felt like she wanted to rush things and take the easiest way out. She wasn't very specific in her responses either. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company either as their policies are so unfair.

I received a colored vinyl set that looked nothing like the pictures on their site. The only way they would give a refund or exchange was if I paid for return shipping (which is crazy expensive). Clearly, they do not stand behind their products or have any honor at all. I would stay away from ordering anything from Waxwork.

Where’s the zero star option to review this company? It’s 12/23/2024, I placed my order on 11/19/2024. I’ve received 2 different tracking numbers for my order and both say label created. Nothing else, nada, zilch. I’ve reached out to them via telephone and e-mail only to receive the rhetorical ’sorry’. I’ll be filing a reversal of charges from my credit card company and note to never use or recommend Waxworks.

Waxwork won't exchange brand new records that arrive warped. I spend $1000s a year on records, and in my own experience, so far Waxworks is the only company who refuse to address this issue. I won't order from them directly anymore. I do like their titles, so I'll be buying used or ordering from a 3rd party instead who will likely exchange a warped Waxwork record.

I ordered two vinyls a few months ago. The items have been shipped, but it's been months and I still ain't got help from their customer service. There are lost in the nature and nobody is checking on you if you need any help. I don't recommend that website at all.

Received a record that was warped customer service is rude. Whoever runs their Instagram account is a disgusting ignorant human being. As a company all they do is promote the girls holding their vinyl incorrectly instead of worrying about and taking care of their customers.

Rudest most vile people I’ve ever had the experience of meeting and working with.
