Response from Wavee Global eSIM· Sep 3, 2026

Hi, we're sorry you had a bad experience. The package you purchased works in both Greece and Canada. We recommend that when you switch countries, you put the phone in airplane mode for about 30 seconds if it doesn't connect to the network. In the eSIM settings on your phone, you can manually select the network — to find out which networks you can access, check the Wavee app for detailed coverage of countries and available networks. In Cellular Data settings, also turn off "Allow Cellular Data Switching." If you need any help, please reach out to us through our contact channels at https://www.wavee.global/contact

Sentimos muito pelo ocorrido, verifiquei e o eSIM foi instalado e conectado com a rede, provavelmente faltou ligar o roaming ou trocar o uso de dados de celular do eSIM antigo para o novo.
