I ordered a Water Tech Centennial pool vacuum from Sharper Image. When it arrived it would not switch on. I called Water Tech customer service and we trouble shooted together. They said it sounds like a faulty pump motor and sent a replacement motor which I received the next day. They said just discard the faulty motor. It was easy to install and the vacuum now works great. Wonderful customer service.

Bought a Catfish cordless vaccum, worked great until I needed another filter. Been without for 3 months, and no idea when replacements are arriving. Another useless distributor who provides no support.

Horrible products and horrible customer NO service. One year warranty on a product they know is faulty. Save you money and frustration. I wish i could say more. Just run not walk away from this horroible. company.

I bought a pool blaster Centennial Li in December 2025. After using the unit for six months, it failed to turn on. While I was disappointed with the failure of the unit, I reserved judgment until I called the company to request assistance. They were extremely helpful and agreed to send me a replacement unit without having to return the broken unit. Thank you water check for your great customer service..

I purchased the Pool Blaster Cordless to clean the in-ground pool, and it worked for one week. They wouldn't post my BAD experience while using the product, and the company wanted me to edit my review. I agreed to do so if I would get a replacement or a refund. They NEVER responded. That was a year ago. So, future customers, it didn't work out for me, but maybe you'll have better luck. If it doesn't work for you as well, don't expect to get a replacement or a refund.
