Worked with Robert in a deal to sell and possibly trade my 2023 Rolex Daytona for another watch. I didn’t have the watch with me at the time but showed him pics. He gave me two reasonable numbers for a sell and for a trade. Not great numbers but reasonable, especially considering the market. He said he would shop the watch around and try and get me more money. A few hours later, he had a buyer and came up on the offer by a substantial amount. Brought the watch back the next day and he bought it from me in 15 minutes. Robert was very knowledgeable, laid back and pleasant to work with. He knows the values of the watches and definitely wants you to feel like you’re getting a deal. He’s very honest and says when he can or can’t pay a certain amount. I live in LA and will definitely be in touch with Robert for future watch purchases! Highly recommend!

I have never purchased a watch with an authorized reseller, nor have I ever purchased a high price item without stepping into their store(which is across country) and transacting online. That is until my one on one FaceTime meeting with Robert from Watchguys. I find life to be more exciting and enjoyable when surrounded by genuine people, he is just that. Sure you can buy a watch elsewhere, but why would you. They have a customer and a referral for life.

They were amazing! We have sold three watches to Watch Guys, and bought an AP! Amazing service, fair pricing, and so easy to work with! They did everything they said they would! Highly recommend them!

Cancelled my order for no reason, no warning, nothing. Don’t do business with them.

Quick and easy unlike most things in today’s world. These guys are great and I love my new Sea Dweller. We will be returning for any and all of our watch needs. Thanks again guys!

Excellent customer service! They were very responsive in answering all of my questions. They walked me through the entire process to get my first Rolex. They also followed up to make sure it arrived without any issues. I will be using them again!

Robertino was amazing throughout the entire buying process. I was on a plane with spotty WiFi and he was able to deal with all the speed bumps and work out a special shipping arrangement for me. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely do business again with Watchguys
