Item took its time to arrive but thats understandable when minimum shipping costs are expected. Reply to my inquiry was prompt and accurate. I'm a regular returning customer since 4 years.

Recently I purchased a lambretta watched at a duty free airport and found it had tarnished after a couple of weeks, a little annoyed I felt that it would be hard to get any satisfaction of being reimbursed for the item.
