Hi Shelley, I'm sorry to hear you have not received your product yet! The type of shipping you chose, First Class Mail International, only tracks when we ship it out and when it is received by you. It usually takes seven-to-10 business days, which are 10-to-14 regular days depending on the time it takes to clear customs. Since today is only the sixth business day, I would imagine you'd receive it soon. I also show that the price of the item was $370--was there another item that you didn't receive making the full price more than $500? I only see one order from you with only one item on it.
