Delivered the wrong watch. Not one document eg. Invoice? with delivered watch. Have to pay for returns now. Did receive a polite email advising to return the watch when queried how to return a watch but so far unsure of refund situation as nil paperwork....

WatchCo.com shipped my watch immediately. It took a week to reach destination - Latvia, north-east Europe, and about two weeks to pass customs and be delivered. The watch is as promised, new, and it was a good discount. So far my experience is positive, and it makes sense to order from WatchCo.com even outside US. It looks like they have a good taste in offering stylish watches at reasonable prices. I wish WatchCo.com all the best.

Extremely satisfied and fast shipping

I ordered a Lego watch for my grandson's birthday. Unfortunately it never arrived. When I notified WatchCo they imeadiately sent a replacement with no hassle. My grandson loves his new watch. I would definitely order from them again.

I had looked for a "blackout" Luminox watch band and had trouble finding one in stock. Not only did WatchCo.com have the band they also had the best price. Will def do business with them again.
