the title tells it all. the person I dealt with was very helpful and polite. The watch look exactly as presented. Just the e-mails. I received six telling me that the sales invoice. Check you e-mail server company. You have great service and product.

I ordered on Monday and did not get any confirmation email.. Or tracking info... I called and e-mailed to make sure they had correct email... They told me yes and would resend confirmation... Still nothing even though customer service e-mailed me... So then I get email asking how their service was before I get watch.. That I have paid for.. And can't figure out where it is... Frustrating... Calling now

Per our correspondence with you, we sent you the confirmation email twice and the tracking information once when it shipped, 44 minutes after you placed your order. Found the watch I was looking for and within good pricing! Was happy to get coupon during the Holiday! Can't wait to recieve it and give it as a special gift! Also the no shipping was great!!

I had some difficulty making the original order and was repeatedly told to re-order. When I realized that there was no way to distinguish between the orders I registered myself as a customer and was able to get the order completed without incident. I then sent a short e-mail requesting that previous orders with my information be ignored as I only required the one watch. I received an e-mail back confirming my request and everything went very smoothly from then on. I was pleasantly surprised when my order place on Thursday November 26th was delivered in my mail on Tuesday December 1st. This over the busiest commercial sales weekend in the year. Thank you and I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a good quality watch at a fair price.

I have about 7 watches. I spent a lot of time researching the perfect watch and spend more money than I should on this one, but I'm glad I did. I got mine about 10 years ago. You don't even notice it's on your wrist and with the tubes you can read it night or day. Keeps really good time. My favorite watch.
