Color discrepancy
I had to return the mat as it was very different from the colors presented and described on the web site. The return process was quick and easy although I was responsible for the return postage. Customer Service Rep was very good. I probably won't order again given the product discrepancy between what was shown and what was received.

We are sorry you were not happy with the design of the mat you chose. It can be difficult to show true colors on all screens, so we try to include a variety of photos to give a good representation. I will review the photos of this item and see if I can include some more accurate photos.
