Color and size are excellent for an inexpensive door mat.

So glad you are enjoying your Cool Gray Monotone Mats. they are amazing and tough mats that are a great price. Thank you for your Order! - Amanda
I ordered a beautiful mat that I was really excited about, but unfortunately, it arrived one inch shorter than what was listed in the product description. Because of the size discrepancy, it doesn’t fit the space I purchased it for. I attempted to return it through UPS, but the return shipping cost was $29 — making it unreasonable and cost-prohibitive to send back. I’m very disappointed that I’m now stuck with a product that doesn’t work due to inaccurate sizing information, and a return policy that doesn’t account for seller error. I would appreciate it if you could provide a prepaid return label, as I don’t believe I should be responsible for return costs when the item received did not match the description. At this time, I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience, but I’m hopeful this can be resolved.

Hi Jessica, I apologies for the mat not turning out to being what you fully expected. Have you emailed our customer service [email protected] to discuss the situation? Please contact us and we will see how we can help you. Thank you! - Amanda
I ordered a washable blue floor mat. They delivered a beige one. Now I have to go out of my way to return it. Ridiculous! Update. They called and sent the right color and told me not to bother. Sending the other one back so I am not put out. Excellent customer service to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Our apologies for the mistake, I hope that our resolution has set things right. Thank you. - Amanda
Service was great! Carpet looks to be made of excellent materials. Just note that the colors may appear a little different on the actual product than they do in the picture. I'm keeping the carpet I ordered because it is very nice but I wish the color was more like it appeared online.

We are glad you are enjoying the mats, our apologies that they did not turn out the exact color but unfortunately it's hard to calibrate for each individual screen. I hope that you enjoy it for many years to come and remember, the more you wash the better they start to look! Thank you! - Amanda

Hello, We apologize for the difficulty you are having trying to return the order you received yesterday. We have emailed you requesting further information. Thank you.
The mat is right by a slider to our deck and sits inside quite close to the living room. It looks so much better than the outdoor mat we’ve been using - and doesn’t slide around even a little bit

I just love these rugs! They have cute styles and patterns and they wash so well. I have them in my laundry room, kitchen and our sunroom. Easy to care for, stylish and always delivered quickly.
