Battery leads are at least 18” too short. What’s this drain hole in the bottom of the control box ?

Ordered replacement double braided cable. Came in on Thursday and installed on Friday hit trail on Saturday. Pulled cable twice and everyone that touched it had something to say. Pointed them you're way. only complaint I have is no sticker lol. We wheel every weekend somewhere and pull cable all day. Currently on a One ton rig on tons

Winch arrived quickly and works well but one of the wireless remotes does not work in the "out" direction. The website where you register your warranty is sketchy and continues to give errors without telling you what is wrong. You have to keep changing different things until if finally accepts the info.

Would have been 5 stars if you could get in contact with customer service took 7 days hope I never need warranty otherwise product came in good shape haven't installed it yet. Pops
